MONDAY MOTIVATION: NO NEGATIVITY

HAPPY MONDAY TROOPS!!

On this Motivation Monday I want to remind and congratulate you for everything you've done.

It's ALL to the good.

Worked out 5 days last week? GREAT!
Worked out once because it was a crazy week? AWESOME! You still got it done in spite of everything.

Tried to hit a personal record but missed it? You still lifted all the weight up to the missed PR.

Planned to hit it hard but ended up taking a mental health day? GREAT. Mental health over anything.

It's easy to get down on yourself. To look at what you didn't do or what didn't happen and let negativity permeate which is why I've adopted the acronym ASTU;
Always See The Upside

Things can absolutely seem bad but take a moment, analyze, and ask what a bad day, bad moment, bad anything is trying to show you and look for the upside...

I promise it'll make things better
