Last weekend a few people came to help clean out a creek that needed some serious attention. We ended up dumping over 2,600lbs of trash from a small section of Johnson’s Creek with just 6 of us. We had little help but we still got a lot done! Huge shoutout to for pulling up and asking for nothing in return. It was really cool to see some people be selfless and give up a few hours and some hard work to clean up the community and help the wildlife🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I went on a run the next morning after the rainstorm and the creek was flooded with more trash again, so I know this isn’t just going to be a one time thing! We have to go out there soon and I’m asking for all the help possible to get as much done as possible 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I grew up running around and playing in this creek and it was never like this. What started as a walk with the family ended up with us making a plan to make a change.
Some friends and I are getting together to clean up this mess next Saturday April 25th, 8-12pm. I’m offering two free cuts for anyone who is willing to let us borrow a trailer so we don’t have to rent one! I’m also offering discounts on cuts and services for anybody that wants to volunteer to help also!
