Hey everyone!
My online personal training clients are wrapping up week 7 of their 8 week training template we started at the beginning of the year.
That being said, I have 6 training spots opening up and I'd love to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you prefer functional fitness style training, bodyweight and bands focus, or even cardio and mobility, I can help you.
I have trained hundreds of clients in multiple disciplines and my main goal is helping you create healthy habits and routines that will stick with you!
Give me a shout for a free consultation where we can go over what you're looking for and if I would be a good fit as a coach!
Fort Worth!
I have moved to a new location!

I use an array of massage techniques, facilitated/assisted stretching, myofascial release, orthopedic manual therapy, deep tissue, cupping, scraping, TECAR therapy, and more to ensure your pain or irritations are addressed, and you walk out feeling like new.

Had a great time teaching with The Western Sports Foundation at a mini clinic for OSU Rodeo. This was a great group of athletes and I can't wait to see them perform in the arena!

Took some time to chat with my fellow 30 Under 30 recipient the lovely Coach Kiah on her podcast! Thank you so much for having me on! Give it a listen on any streaming platform.
Rodeo athletes are on their summer run, and so am I! I'll be set up at the NFR Open in Colorado Springs, in Sheridan at the Sheridan WYO Rodeo, Salinas Rodeo, Cheyenne Frontier Days, and at the Xtreme Roughstock in Mitchell NE. Contact me for an appt if you are going to be at any of these events!

I have a few spots that have opened up for personal training! Online format makes it super easy wherever you are. Whether you are a rodeo athlete, a CrossFit athlete, or just someone wanting to stay healthy, I can help you reach your goals.
Workouts can be done at home with basic equipment or at a regular gym. We can create custom programming specifically for you, or work from templates.
Shoot me a message if you are interested in getting started. We can jump on a quick call to go over your goals and get you rolling!
Last night I had the honor of being inducted into the Cowgirl 30 under 30 class of 2023.
When I gave this speech, I didn’t think of it as inspirational or anything more than a funny little story of an old sh*tty boyfriend. However, as it turns out I’m one of many, many women who have faced similar criticism and it struck a nerve in the room.
None of what I’ve done thus far in my life would have happened without my refusal of acceptance that a person can have dreams too big, or too many.
And in fact, had this person not said those words to me, I might not be where I am.
I get asked often what’s the best advice for those coming up of those who want to get a foot in the door in the industry. It’s simple. Don’t take no for an answer. Keep knocking on doors until they open, or just kick the fu***ng thing down.
I’ve been told “no” or turned down from jobs quite literally DOZENS of times. I was told training athletes online isn’t possible, I was told rodeo athletes don’t want preventative care or massage. I was told a woman shouldn’t work with animals or be in the pens. I was told I shouldn’t open my own business because it will inevitably fail.
Thank goodness for bad advice.
Thank you to all the sponsors who make this event and this award possible, and of course, thank you to my wonderful parents and family. For as long as I can remember, my parents have told me to go after what I want. They never questioned it or doubted me. They believed in me wholeheartedly, and with unwavering support. I’m very lucky to have had that.
