Over a year ago as a community we all experienced a novel global pandemic that caused all of us to adjust and changed the way in which we had to do business moving forward. As a courtesy to the ever changing situation we became a bit lax with our cancellation policy and allowed cancellations that infringed upon our policy listed on our website out of care and concern for you.
HOWEVER, moving forward last minute or same day cancellations within a 24 hour window will incur a charge PER our policy outlined on our salon website.
When you cancel on an independent stylist you are not only canceling on your appointment you are canceling an appointment that is not likely to be filled due to the last minute nature of your cancellation effectively removing any ability for us to make income for that window.
We kindly offer you a 72 hour confirmation text and a 24 hour reminder. The 72 hour confirmation is the acceptable time to let your stylist know you will not be able to make your appointment.

**WE UNDERSTAND emergencies happen and don’t expect an explanation as most times this is deeply personal. These parameters and the charging of cancellation fees is based on Guest history and repeat offenders.

Repeat offenders may be denied future bookings or be required to prepay for their services in total.

It is now required that you wear a mask for the entirety of your appointment. Please be sure to wear a mask that is comfortable and that you dont mind getting color/hair on. This is a city ordinance that goes into effect tomorrow I believe. We can not provide you with a service otherwise.
