I totally freaked Emma out…
I was about to show her her hair at the end of our appointment, and I said (in the most serious tone) “Emma I just need to tell you something about your hair before I show you. I am so sorry…that I made you look so badass”
Her smile came back immediately in a big way and we laughed so hard 😂

Thanks to my clients who let me have fun, we’re all just the silliest geese in the salon and it’s my favorite part of the job ❤️
