Ok, I’ve got to share this with you. This is something I obtained a while back (as you can tell it’s been loved quite a bit). I love these workouts! I do these and always feel a little burn and super energized! Give them a try!
The rule is to repeat each exercise 16 times, 14 times, 12 times, 10 times, 8 times, then 6 times. Should take about 30 min to complete.
The bottom of the page describes how to do each one.

!!!!Attention MediLoss People!!! Y'all demolished the last quarter of 2018 losing over 800 lbs to bring the total for 2018 to (drumroll please)..........2950.5 lbs! Tonight’s menu: paprika chicken thighs with cauliflower rice and broccoli and they never disappoint! Give these a try...
Note: I bake them at 300’F not 200’F. I also microwave a steamer bag of cauliflower rice as directed before adding it in as the rice (don’t have to boil it, just add, stir, then place everything in the oven).
