The Curly Tree’s New Policies and Procedures in effect for Re-Opening
(through July 15, 2020 - date is subject to change)

To accommodate the new management and government-issued protocols, I will be working a limited schedule and making some temporary adjustments to the services provided here at The Curly Tree.

To serve everyone in a more timely fashion, I will be offering cuts only - no washing or styling services. You will leave after your cut so please bring a hat or hair tie, if necessary.
If you are receiving a color service, your hair will be washed and styled but not dried- you will leave with wet hair.

In order to comply with new safety protocols and guidelines, the following must be observed:
1- Clients must text the professional to announce their arrival and wait in their car until they are notified to enter. The front door will remain locked.
2- Both the client and the professional must wear face masks during the service.
3- Both the client and the professional must wash their hands for 20 seconds prior to the service.
4- Clients are not allowed to bring anyone with them to the appointment.
5- Clients must review and comply with the “Check List for Cosmetology/Hair Salon Customers” (this will be provided via text or email).

Following the authority of federal, state and county officials, The Curly Tree will be closed through April 30, 2020.

I will continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation and follow the guidance issued by the CDC and local and state officials and health agencies.

Once I have a firm date to reopen, I will call or text to reschedule appointments in the order they were previously scheduled.

I hope you and your loved ones are all able to remain healthy and safe during this time!

In the interest of remaining safe, I'm closing The Curly Tree until further notice.
Moving forward, I will reassess the Covid-19 situation and the CDC recommendations and go from there.
In the meantime, I will not attempt to reschedule any appointments until we are close to resuming normal business practices.
