Announcement: Starting in 2026 I will only be offering one Saturday and one Sunday a month to enjoy more time with my family. I'm hoping that offering another weekend day will help me serve all my clients who can not make it in during the week. Don't forget I also have my books open until 8 PM on Monday and Thursdays.

Just a friendly reminder to clarify your hair and book your new spring hair now while the time slots are open!

Did you know Texas has some of the hardest water in the nation? It’s true! And all of those heavy metals and minerals are literally attracted to your hair-Fun Fact, like everything, our hair has its own electrical charger which is the opposite of what’s in our water so, like magnets, they attract. This can cause build up, brittleness, dull looking hair, color fading and breakage.

While I always recommend a high quality shower head filter to help remove as much as we can from the water before it even touches your hair(my favorite is by BONUS:they’re a local DFW Company), I still think it’s a good idea to use professional clarifying shampoo. The only one I recommend is , there are several that they offer and I love them all. Wanna know where you can get your hands on some?? I have a link on my booking site if you scroll to the bottom.

With the warmer weather I can feel everyone coming out of their hibernation and when people come out-they wanna come out feeling fresh! This is time for big chops, new styles and fresh feeling hair.

If you’ve ever looked at my booking site and wondered why I have so few color appointment options it’s because I want everything for my clients to be SIMPLE. I do not expect you to know technical terms or what would be involved to achieve the look you want from what you’ve got.

So I have FOUR options I’ll quickly breakdown

Color Retouch-For guests who have already colored their hair and are looking to touch up what has grow out. Typically for grey coverage clients-this appointment does not include highlighting of any kind.

Mini Custom Color-One color all over OR Face-Framing highlights and two highlights along the part to blend-Great for blondes or dimensional color in between larger sessions

Partial Custom Color-This could be for many different clients including but limited to traditional highlighting, dimensional color, lived-in color and can include grey coverage as well. This is typically after someone’s initial Full Custom Color appointment to maintain their look.

Full Custom Color-This is just like the partial but for longer services. Typically this would be someone’s first or initial appointment OR if you’re wanting to change your whole look OR for highlighted clients who are needing to highlight in the back part of the head.
This could also be applicable for someone with A LOT of hair, vivid clients, or color corrections.
