Just a little reminder from your hairstylist:

When you no-show for an appointment without calling or texting, it affects more than you may realize.

For today's appointment, I had already purchased color specifically for your service, so that money is now out of my pocket. I drive 30 miles to work, arrange childcare for my children, and reserved most of my day for this appointment. It was the only service I had booked today, and had I been given enough notice, I could have filled that spot with another client who was waiting to get in.

I completely understand that emergencies happen and life gets busy. All I ask is for the courtesy of a message or phone call as soon as possible. Respecting my time helps me continue doing what I love while supporting my family.
