Blessed to have done a balayage on a natural beauty! And this is why I LOVVVVEEE doing balayage instead of traditional highlights for my younger girls. So natural but so much dimension and a definite change. It will grow out in a low maintenance kind of way!

When I left the traditional salon environment 12+ years ago, I never thought I’d get close to other stylists. In fact, I really had a guard up. I surely didn’t expect to find 3 stylists that I could do work life with daily. Even tho we’re all independent with our businesses, we greet each other every day, be sure to say goodbye if we leave before another and can bounce formulas, stories and more off eachother. And after years of never dressing up at work for Halloween, we finally did a group thing. Love these SPICY girls.

Loved refreshing this grown out balayage. One of my fave low maintenance techniques that packs a punch. The grow out is less noticeable than traditional highlights. But she still has allll the brightness. 🔆
