Bridal prep is something I do NOT take lightly. 🤍
One of my favorite things about working with brides is having the time to create a plan instead of trying to do everything at the last minute.
This has been a 3-month process focused on enhancing what’s already there and supporting overall skin quality and facial harmony.
✨ Month 1
We started with a detailed facial assessment and created a personalized plan based on her individual features.
✨ Month 2
We shifted our focus toward skin quality and overall skin health.
✨ Month 3
Today was all about subtle refinement and maintaining the balance we’ve been working toward.
I’m very intentional about creating a plan around each person’s individual anatomy, proportions, and goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
And yes… I even pulled out the ruler. 😂
We’ll give everything time to settle, reassess at her follow-up, and continue with her skin prep closer to the wedding.
Because bridal prep doesn’t have to mean looking like a different person.
The goal is simple:

✨ Balanced
✨ Glowing
✨ Still completely YOU
And honestly? Starting early is one of the best parts of the process. 🤍

Bridal prep is something I do NOT take lightly. 🤍
For me, bridal aesthetics isn’t about changing someone before their wedding day. It’s about creating a thoughtful plan months in advance so we can enhance what’s already there, improve skin quality, and make sure everything has time to settle beautifully.
Here’s what we’ve done so far:
✨ FIRST APPOINTMENT
We started with a full consultation and facial assessment, then created a personalized facial-balancing plan using filler + hyperdilute Radiesse.
✨ ONE MONTH LATER
We focused on skin quality with microneedling + PDRN.
✨ THREE MONTHS AFTER HER FACIAL BALANCING
This is where the magic of a long-term plan really starts to show. We’re seeing improvements in overall skin quality, facial harmony, and structure while still looking completely like HER.
Refreshed. Balanced. Not different.
✨ TODAY
We completed a full-face Daxxify treatment, mapped specifically to her facial anatomy and muscle patterns. And yes… I even pulled out the ruler. 😂
Because I’m a firm believer that your treatment plan should be based on YOUR face.
I’ll see her back in 3 weeks for any necessary tox refinements.
✨ NEXT APPOINTMENT
We’ll finish everything off with dermaplaning + a Stimulator Peel to give her that final polished, glowing look heading into her wedding.
This is why I believe bridal prep should start early. 🤍
Not because you need to “fix” anything - but because the best results come from having a plan, giving your treatments time to settle, and letting your skin do its thing.

Glazed lip certified injector 💗✨
It’s been a while since I’ve been to a training that has challenged me to this degree. Implementing these new techniques is not only going to improve the safety of my patients, but also improve their outcomes tenfold. 🤯

There’s not a single day that passes where I don’t wish you were here to watch our girl blossom. She is truly transforming into such an amazing force.
She carries your wit, your humor, your dead-pan stare.
Sometimes it haunts me because she looks so much like you that it gives me punch to the gut- a reminder that you’re not here.
Please watch over her and keep her safe forever.
And to all the people struggling, please, reach out, talk to someone. Seek out the tools you have access to.
I know therapy and medication carries a stigma but as a society we have to end the negative beliefs that surround them.

Goal: don’t look like a filler Barbie. 😅
Just look refreshed, balanced, and wedding-ready. ✨
Challenge accepted 🫡
The goal here was refinement, not overfilling. She already had beautiful cheek structure, so I wanted to enhance what was there without making her look done.
Here’s what we focused on:
✨ Temples — subtle support to create a smoother transition from forehead to cheek and enhance the overall brow/upper-face flow.
✨ Superficial cheek — MINIMAL RHA 3 to refine the cheek transition while preserving her natural structure.
✨ Chin — Radiesse + RHA 4 for structure and proportion.
✨ Chin shadow — RHA 3 + 1:1 hyperdilute Radiesse to soften the transition and improve overall balance.
✨ Pre-auricular area- 1:1 Radiesse for structural support and a smoother facial transition.
✨ Jawline- RHA 4 placed strategically at different tissue levels to refine definition without creating a harsh or heavy appearance.
✨(And of course) Lips- Belotero Balance to subtly hydrate and refresh.
And we’re not even at the final result yet. 👀
We also treated the full face with tox, so we’re still waiting for that to fully take effect, along with the longer-term collagen response from the biostimulation.
This is exactly why I love a layered approach to facial balancing, every little adjustment works together instead of trying to change everything with one product or one area.
