I attended my first conference! ❤️‍🔥

It was so much fun learning about all of the brands & meeting new faces in the beauty industry!

Keeping up with all the latest & greatest in the beauty industry is part of life 📖📚
However I am grateful they did such an amazing job at keeping it fun & with fresh material to learn!

I didn't get photos of every single speaker, but one of the things they all stressed, was the importance of reducing in the skin, before getting more aggressive with it..

I am so happy we are openly talking about this, because between all the quick fix brands out there, first & foremost we need to be with the skin.. Can I just say, I've been preaching this since 2010 when I first became an esthetician!
