You have been told to sit up straight. To chin tuck. To stretch your chest. And yet, no matter what you do, the forward head and rounded shoulders keep coming back.
That is because tech neck is not a posture habit. It is a nervous system pattern — and it is held in the spine.
Hours of screen time create a slow collapse in the upper spine. As the head drifts forward, the weight on the cervical spine multiplies dramatically. Nerves get compressed. Blood flow is restricted. Muscles brace. And the nervous system reads all of this as a threat — keeping the entire system in a state of low-level contraction. 😖
Posture cues don't reach this level. Spinal Flow Technique does.
By releasing the deep tension patterns that are driving the collapse, Spinal Flow restores the spine's natural curves from within. The nervous system settles. The muscles release. Posture improves — not because you're trying harder, but because the body is finally free to hold itself the way it was designed to.

The body will not prioritize creating life while it believes it is in danger. This is one of the most important things to understand on a fertility journey.
When the nervous system is in chronic stress — held there by accumulated spinal tension — the body's resources are redirected toward survival.
Reproductive function is deprioritized. Hormonal rhythms are disrupted. The internal environment that conception requires simply cannot take shape.
The sacral spine is particularly significant here. The nerves that supply and regulate the reproductive organs originate in the sacral region. When there is restriction or tension in this area, the signals that govern ovarian function, uterine health, hormonal balance, and cycle regularity are all compromised.
The Spinal Flow Technique works gently at the sacral and lumbar gateways to release that stored tension — signaling safety to the nervous system and restoring the nerve communication that the reproductive system depends on.
You are not broken. Your body is protecting itself the only way it knows how. My role is to help it feel safe enough to open.

What’s the difference between massage therapy and Spinal Flow? 🤔

Sciatica can make every step feel like a shock. But the pain you feel in your leg often starts much higher - in the sacrum and pelvis.
The Foundation Gateway is the nerve junction that feeds the sciatic pathway. When blocked by physical injury, emotional stress held in the hips and pelvis, or accumulated tension, the entire nerve pathway below it suffers.
Spinal Flow uses gentle sacral release to clear these Foundation Gateway blockages - helping clients move, sit, and sleep without the shooting pain that has limited their lives.
The goal isn't to mask the sciatica. It's to release what's causing the nerve to be compressed in the first place. 💚

Struggling to sleep, even when you're exhausted? Your nervous system might be the reason. 😴
In Spinal Flow, poor sleep often links to two blocked Gateways working against each other: the Base Gateway - keeping the body primed for fight/flight - and the Pause Gateway - keeping the mind looping and unable to quiet down.
When both are cleared, the nervous system can finally shift into a parasympathetic state. The body gets the signal that it's safe to rest.
Clients regularly report sleeping better within a few sessions - not because the body was sedated, but because it finally felt safe enough to switch off.
Save this and drop a 💤 if sleep has been your biggest struggle.
