Hello returning clients and future clients! Today the green light was given for salons and barbershops to reopen Friday May 8th, but I will not return until the week of May 18th. Doing this will allow me to deep clean and sanitize the salon according to CDC and TDLR requirements. PLEASE be patient with me while I prepare for my safety along with yours! I don’t just braid hair! Lol A good silkpress starts with a good shampoo and deep condition and a good blow dry to keep passing the flat iron to a minimum/one time...and a good trim!

I've never been the type to promote my braiding because it wasn't something that I've always enjoyed doing and because my braid speed isn't the highest, even though I think I'm great at it. But lately that's all I've been getting and needless to say I'm really starting to enjoy it. I am extremely proud of myself because it usually take me me two days or maybe even 7/8 hours to finish individual braids but this past Friday I finished a head of braids in 4 hours and 32 mins🙌🏾 I'm getting there!
