I spend so much time pouring into everyone and everything else… and somewhere along the way, taking care of me stopped being the priority. 🤍
So I’m changing that.
Part 1 starts from the inside out: wellness. ✨
Being intentional about my routine, supporting my goals, and actually making time for the things that help me feel my best.
And I wanted to show you the real process—not just the pretty aesthetic part. Before beginning certain wellness services, there’s an important step first: completing the required health screening and meeting virtually with a licensed provider to make sure the plan is appropriate for you. 📱🤍
No skipping steps. No one-size-fits-all approach. Just a plan based on my goals and my needs.
