This is 40. Thank you everyone for celebrating with me and for all the birthday wishes! I am so blessed with great relationships and having so much love around me.
It's funny... I had a mini freakout early this month as I knew 40 was coming... But as my birthday approached I realized this is just another beginning. Enjoy life, get back up, ask for help and eat dessert but be healthy (for me run the distance 13.1 --> 26.2)
