✨ The woman behind it all: Laurie ✨

Laurie has been behind the chair for 38 years and has had a passion for the beauty industry since she was a child. After raising three children and working from home for 11 years, she took a leap of faith and opened All About You Salon & Day Spa in 2006.

Over the last 20 years, Laurie has built more than just a salon—she’s built a team, a family, and a place where both clients and stylists can thrive. One of her greatest joys is mentoring young stylists and watching them grow into the talented artists they are today. She loves connecting with people and helping others feel their best, both inside and outside the salon.

When she’s not at All About You, you can often find her volunteering at the local community center providing haircuts for seniors, spending time on the water kayaking or boating, practicing mindfulness through breathwork and meditation, working out, or enjoying time with her husband, children, family, and friends.

Reflecting on the past 20 years, Laurie says the journey has been full of ups and downs, but every moment has been worth it because of the incredible team by her side and the wonderful clients who have supported All About You along the way.

If you’re looking for beautiful blondes and effortless lived-in color, Reagan is your girl!

Reagan has been part of the All About You family for 3 years, joining the team right as she started hair school. Her passion for hair actually began after a color decision of her own. She went dark, immediately regretted it, and started researching everything she could about hair color. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a career she loves.

Her favorite part of being a stylist is helping people look and feel beautiful and giving them the confidence that comes with great hair.

When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her at the beach, taking walks with her cat, keeping up with all the Real Housewives drama and Love Island episodes, or spending time with family and friends. 💛

Meet Macee! ✨

Macee has been in the industry for 7 years and specializes in blonding, blowouts, and bridal/event styling. Her love for hair started early, so early that she was cutting her neighbors’ bangs as a kid (with mixed results 😂).

What she loves most about this industry is the connection she builds with her clients and helping them feel confident when they leave her chair. For Macee, hair is so much more than just hair. It’s art, creativity, science, math, and a chance to make someone’s day a little brighter.

When she’s not at the salon, you’ll find her hanging out with her cats, Tomathan and Pip, roller skating, singing, hosting game nights with friends, or catching up on reality TV (and honestly, pretty much any TV show).
