Client Notice: Updated Policy on No-Shows, Cancellations, and Tardiness

Hey everyone—just a quick update to help things run smoother for all of us.

I completely understand that life happens. That said, when someone is more than 10 minutes late, it can throw off my entire schedule and push back at least three clients after you. Please make sure to arrive on time or a few minutes early so I can get everyone in the chair as scheduled.

Also, moving forward, I’m asking for at least 1 hour notice for cancellations. Again, I understand emergencies come up—but giving that notice helps me adjust and possibly fill that spot.

As for no call/no shows: I’ll give you one heads-up if it happens. If it happens a second time, you’ll be required to pay for the missed service before you can book again. A third time, and I’ll unfortunately have to block you from booking with me moving forward.

I appreciate every one of y’all. I’m just trying to keep my time and everyone else’s respected and managed professionally. Thank you for understanding—and I can’t wait to see you in the chair soon!
