As a licensed massage therapist it is my duty to keep the community safe and free of injury or harm. There has been a lot of massage therapists popping up all over town. To perform massage therapy on a client the person MUST BE A LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST THRU THE INDIANA STATE BOARD!!! When going to someone new, it is your right to ask to see their license. By the state of Indiana law those license must be visible on the wall in the room!! Please be safe and aware where you are getting your treatment from. A couple of these individuals were researched today and aren’t on the massage board for Indiana.

As I had promised, I just signed the contract to the new place. The address is 1303 South Jackson Street, Suite B, where Norman & Miller Eye Care was before they moved. First day of operation will be September 4, 2026.

I can officially announce now that I am moving to a new location. A place where relaxation will not be a problem. Once I sign the contract I will post the address.

For those of you that suffer from anxiety and panic attack’s, this is for you.
Find a quiet place, close your eyes, take a deep breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds , breathe out for 6 seconds. Repeat 4 times. This relaxes the central nervous system. Applying lavender essential oil with a carrier oil to you navel or the bottoms of your feet helps also. These points gets into the nervous system faster.
