I don’t know about you, but I have hard water. This trio helps my hair lose the build up and feel refreshed. Typically I shampoo twice, use the packet(sing a couple songs to make the five minutes of processing time fly), and then condition!

I do throw in 8 extra packets which makes this a whole set of shampoo, conditioner, and 12 packets! Personally this does last me a whole year!
