One easy way to recognize how the weather affects your eating is when you switch from a cold climate to a warm one. Winter really brings on cravings of comfort, larger portions, and warm foods. The thought of eating salads on cold days has not been an appealing idea for many clients and a big topic of conversation. As the sun starts to shine a little longer and the temps heat up, lean into a lighter approach with more fresh veggies and an eye on portions.
