Since I was small, I have been fascinated by fragrance. I grew up smelling everything. Food, flowers, perfume, candles…I was obsessed! At 7 years old, my grandparents took me to the Yankee Candle Headquarters in northern MA and I experienced watching candles being made for the first time. The memory never left me, though I pursued other passions throughout the years. As an adult, I found myself still like that little girl, walking up and down candle and fragrance aisles in any store or boutique I visited, closing my eyes, and enjoying the aroma of each unique fragrance.

When I became a mom, I became more increasingly aware of toxic chemicals and products in our home, and I made changes accordingly. One day as I turned on an essential oil diffuser, I realized that though I loved(and still love)the ambiance and quiet humming noise a diffuser brought, I really enjoyed the warm glow of a candle, and how it lifted my mood just seeing that tiny flickering light. I loved the way that simply lighting a candle brought a sense of peace and purpose to whatever I was doing in my home. And then... Oliver Fragrance was born!

I’m excited to offer these candles to you. I’ve worked hard to find clean and non-toxic ingredients that you can feel safe with in your home. Our hope is that these candles can accompany you in all of life’s special moments- a date night in, a work from home day, a quiet night home alone, whatever it may be. You don’t light a candle for 5 minutes. You light a candle because you’re going to stay awhile. I hope when you light one of our candles, you’ll close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, remember to slow down…and stay awhile. Life is just so much better when you take time to enjoy the simple things.

I have been smelling this candle for months and still haven’t gotten tired of it! I love this scent because it is perfectly unisex- and it’s the perfect blend of citrus 🍊 and woodsy🌲. I also created this candle to be one that can be used all year round instead of just for one season! Our candles are paraben and phthalate free with 100% natural soy and 100% natural crackling wooden wick!
