You never know what someone observes about you, was talking to a coworker and she said to me that she admired my strength to keep pushing through all the health obstacles I’ve been having the past few months. It really touched me because I was low key having a time today. I learned to smile grit and bear and push through.

I want me some smothered turkey wings on a bed of white rice with fried cabbage, yams and baked Mac n cheese….

NEVER GIVE UP!! We all have our horrific days but we have to remember there are people who are in worse off shape. This is something I’m working on, it’s okay to get in your feelings from time to time about the situation, but don’t STAY in your feelings!! Think positive thoughts and keep pushing. We all have an inner strength that could conquer any obstacle!! Goodnight

Today was amazing!! I felt like the old CJ again, I was able to get to up by Gods grace with no pain in my legs!! I was walking smooth like normal. After my Michael Truitt got home we went out and had dinner! I pray it stays this way 🙏🏾🙏🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Y’all remember back in the day you would get a 2nd job just for fun or extra spending cash. Hell I had 3 jobs in my 20s for fun. Well these days the way everything going up but the wages some HAVE to work a second job, cause 1 income is a struggle. What’s your thoughts?
