This style is more wash and go. Depending on your desired curl pattern, some styles will still require a bit more work, just like if you had natural curls, but the results are so worth it. Either way, you can have curls or waves that look natural, soft, and healthy.

My schedule is a little different than it was 3 years ago or 6 years ago and definitely different than it was 13 years ago when I was just getting started. I love my job, my clients, my coworkers, the fast-paced days, and the opportunity to learn something new every single day. But if there's one thing the pandemic showed me, it's that my time and my body are precious. I've also learned that my worth as an individual is not directly tied to my productivity as a worker. So, I've designed a schedule which I can work roughly the same amount of hours in less days, cut down my evenings, and work no more weekends. Creative, self-employed careers are amazing but we usually don't have paid time off, sick days, 401ks, etc. This job is physically taxing and can be emotionally exhausting, especially during tough times like the last couple years. One of the few perks is that I can make my own schedule. Most clients don't question this but I've found myself having to explain this to some people recently as they maybe haven't been able to find times to get in; whether it's for a last minute appointment or they need a highly sought after evening time. The people-pleaser (and money maker 🤑) in me wants to just come in every day of the week but it's not realistic or sustainable. *Side note* I will do a Saturday here and there for extension services only. As I get older, I find myself wanting to explore my other hobbies, need designated time for rest, and value time with family more and more. It is this respite that keeps my passion for work alive. Planning ahead is not something I'm great at but I try to book things far out as I attempt to make my self-care a priority. You can do it too! And if our schedules don't match, it's okay. Maybe it's a little sad, but there are people I can refer you to that are just as talented. This isn't meant to be a sassy callout but a gentle reminder that, even though I'm a service provider, I'm a person too. Hope to see you soon! ❤️✌️

Hair so long, it don't even fit in the square. Ft. 6 packs of 20" k-tips. I love k-tips because after like 6 hours in the chair (I'm slow and meticulous, idc) you get beautiful hair that's the lowest maintenance out of all the extension methods.

* I've been giving a lot of quotes lately and people are usually shocked at the price of hair alone before my service prices. And I get it, it's not for everyone and sometimes it might just not be doable for you. For perspective, I cut ZERO length on this client, only adding some face framing for blending around the face. Some brands leave you with bulky, fake-looking ends and I'm just not into buying hair that we have to cut to make it look natural. These hair prices keep getting ridiculous but I stand by
product and their custom service. They always take care of me as a stylist and the hair simply speaks for itself.
