One of our destinations is Ait Benhaddou, a historic ighrem or ksar along the former caravan route between the Sahara desert and Marrakech. It is considered a great example of Moroccan earthen clay architecture and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987. Hollywood has been filming in Ait Benhaddou as early as in the 1960s. Scenes from several popular movies and TV series were filmed here like Game of Thrones, The Mummy, Gladiator and many others. 🎥
