Just a few of my recent cuts at SCOUTS EAST NASHVILLE… amazing to think 8yrs ago I started as a receptionist at the OG EAST location when there was only 1 scouts.New to Nashville, New to AMERICA no clue where my life was to go what path to go down. Starting my whole life over... I fell in love with barbering watching the stylists becoming friends with the amazing people working there. Thank you 🙏 scouts for literally supporting my entire americain journey. Now 4yrs back EAST … CONTACT ME OR SCOUTS FOR BOOKINGS!!! 🙌🫶💋

ultimately, as embarrassed as I am as to put these pictures up to the right I cannot believe how far I’ve come in eight months. I knew I was uncomfortable in my skin and in my body, but I never saw the true extent of how much I wasn’t taking care of myself and I accidentally came across these and never saw myself this heavy. I was harming my mental and physical state. This was me at my heaviest and the first one was yesterday ….ohhh how my life has changed after letting alcohol and drugs leave my body & mind. Damn if I can do it, anyone can !!! make the changes you need to change to fulfill your life… I promise you can only get back from there

Picked me up from work with flowers, gifts and just so much love. The way this man has changed my whole life can’t even be explained in words. So I’m gonna do it in interpretive dance!!! (just for him 😉) he has supported me through my recovery and been by my side, the whole way. APRIL 10th is our official one year married legally. Matthew Pitts came into my life so very unexpectedly as I slipped into our friends pool there he was. We wouldn’t have met if it wasn’t for our people. Let’s just say we’ve been inseparable every day ever since. Our one year anniversary at at PHILLIPPE CHOWS NASHVILLE. AND….Finally, Nashville has good Chinese food. The food, the service the ambience everything was impeccable and amazing. I will not eat Chinese food anywhere else other than here from now on. So, HAPPY FIRST YEAR ANNIVERSARY BABY I ❤️ YOU and here’s to celebrating our wedding ceremony in New Orleans later on in the year surrounded by family and friends who love & support us.

My first EASTER EGG HUNT!! was everything and more, thanks to my southern family. As the song says, "I don't know where I'd be without my family" , you've shown me that family is more than just blood. After a decade of searching, I've finally found my place, and it's with all of you & everyone who’s welcomed me. Heart full of love and gratitude 🙏

After years of being un - healed. Holding onto my trauma, numbing the pain and heart ache with alcohol and drugs. Finally FINALLY freedom. This is what it feels likeAfter my relapse in July I took a big step back to look at my life and what I was doing to my physical and mental well being. Knowing that I did want to survive after nearly losing everything around me including my own life. Realizing,I had to let people go knowing that they weren’t good for my higher power… I took back to YOGA and it has helped me not only in my physical body and strength but my mental health & recovery. Meditation and self love. I cannot thank the closest people to me for helping hold me up and for doing so much to help heal my soul. YOU CAN CHANGE IF YOU’RE NOT HAPPY AND HEALTHY… YOU JUST HAVE TO WANT TO DO IT!! I believe in you and support you 🙏💋❤️
