Want to share this again … seriously I have to implement this policy. What clients don’t realize is I book in a way that I get a steady paycheck weekly. Being on my own now it’s a little harder to fill a space that you may cancel.

Happy New Year!!! A little update I had my carpal tunnel and ulnar release (elbows ) on both arms done!! So, im on the road to recovery and plan to be back first of February! If you don’t have an appointment please text me to get on the books. Looking forward to getting back to work and seeing you all! I have very little appointments left for February.

Cancellation and No-Show Guidelines for My New Space - Don't Make Me Send Out a Search Party!

Weather Policy: If it snows and schools cancel, I'll proactively reach out to reschedule our appointment because I'm not a fan of freezing my buns off either!

I value your business and appreciate your consideration of my scheduling policies. When you book an appointment, I reserve that time specifically for you, allowing me to focus on providing exceptional service and not just twiddling my thumbs. To ensure I can accommodate all clients, I require at least 24-hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. This courtesy enables me to fill the vacant slot and continue delivering outstanding service, all while keeping my sanity intact!

Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before its start time, I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, like you have diarrhea and cant leave the bathroom. In this case, I will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to half the cost of the service, allowing me to continue operating efficiently and not having to take out a second mortgage.

No-Shows: I believe in the importance of respect and communication. If you do not show up for your appointment and provide no prior notice, I will charge the full price of the service that was booked, I may not book you again…as this significantly impacts my wallet and other clients, who are probably wondering why I'm not answering their calls because I'm too busy crying myself to sleep.

Late Arrivals: I offer a 15-minute grace period, allowing for unexpected delays, like getting stuck in the starbucks line in this case you better have one for me!!! If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or consider your appointment a no-show to avoid delays for my other clients and maintain the high standards of service, which basically means I won't have to bribe them with free coffee to make up for your tardiness.

How to Cancel or Reschedule: Please call me at 828-342-2983 or send a text, and I will be happy to assist you, unless I'm in the middle of a Netflix marathon, in which case, leave a message and I'll get back to you... eventually. I acknowledge that life can be unpredictable, and true emergencies occur, like running out of snacks or realizing you're out of toilet paper (the horror!). If you believe an exception should be made, please contact me directly as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs, all while trying not to laugh at your ridiculous excuse. By booking an appointment with Wild Prairie Hair, you agree to these terms, and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a harmonious and respectful scheduling process, which basically means don't make me send out a search party for you! 🤣

*These prices are a starting point. There are situations where it may be more if I need additional bowls of color. The prices of products have gone up, just like all products in the world. Please understand that it's hard to ask for an increase, but with me being out on my own, I have to adjust to help balance everything out.
