There's no one-size-fits-all approach to lip treatments. Your anatomy, your goals, and your comfort level all shape the right answer. Here are the three options our providers most often recommend:

✨ Lip Flip
Best for someone who wants a subtle change without adding volume. Relaxes the muscle just above your top lip, letting it roll slightly outward so it reads as fuller. Results last 2 to 3 months.

💉 Lip Filler
Best for someone ready to add volume, shape, or hydration. We take a conservative, tailored approach. Different fillers do different things, and the right one depends on what you're going for. Results typically last 12 to 18 months.

✂️ Lip Shortening (Lip Lift)
Best for someone with a longer upper lip who wants to address proportion. It's a surgical procedure. We don't perform it in-house, but refer to trusted plastic surgeons who specialize in natural-looking results.

The goal across all three is the same: results that look like you, just refined.

If you've followed The Look for a while, you may have wondered why we made the switch from Morpheus8 to Sofwave. It comes down to technology and the patient experience.

Sofwave uses SUPERB Technology (Synchronous Ultrasound Parallel Beam) to precisely heat the mid-dermal layer at 1.5mm depth without penetrating the skin. Morpheus8 uses radiofrequency microneedling, which combines heat with micro-injuries to stimulate collagen.

You know that moment when you're getting dressed and think 'gosh, what else can I do?' This one's for those areas.

Sofwave + Hyperdilute Radiesse has been our go-to for the lower face and neck all summer. The same combination works in the "forgotten areas" of aesthetics too: front of the upper arm, above the knees, on the glutes, and even the stomach. These are the spots you notice when getting ready for an event or looking back at photos, but rarely bring up in a consult.

Worth naming: this isn't a replacement for surgery. If your plastic surgeon recommended a thigh lift or arm lift, that's a different conversation. But if you want skin tightening and collagen support without going that route, this combination can meaningfully help. Results usually peak around 3-6 months.

2026 Treatment Plan Update — Haley’s version (Part 3 of 3) 🤍

In Parts 1 and 2, I walked you through the treatments and products I used in the first half of 2026 to prep for my son’s graduation and Italy. Now that the events are behind me, this half of the year is all about maintaining what I started.

Here’s what’s on my plan:
— Microneedling: Continuing this to keep my texture and collagen strong.
— MOXI + BBL: I’d love to do these to polish everything up, but I want to wait until fall or winter when I can properly stay out of the sun and off the lake. Less downtime than a strong resurfacing.
— Daxxify: I just did my toxin and went back to Daxxify. It lasts longer on me, and I actually prefer the skin quality it gives compared to other toxins.

The first half was about building. The second half is about protecting what I built.

2026 Treatment Plan Update — Haley’s version (Part 2 of 3) 🤍

At The Look, we don’t believe in random treatments (or random skincare). We believe in intentional planning.

In Part 1, I walked you through the treatments I did in the first half of 2026 to prep for my son’s graduation and Italy. Now let’s talk about the products that supported them.

Here’s what I’ve been using daily:
— Latisse: Started in February. Takes 3 months for full lash lengthening and thickening. Daily.
— Hydrinity Hydri-C + Restorative HA: My morning and night ritual. Also after every laser treatment.
— SkinMedica TNS: Every single night.
— Hydrinity Retaxome + Triple Cream (a few times a week): Triple Cream has a skin lightener plus real tretinoin, so I mix it in to keep everything polished.

These products, layered with the treatments from Part 1, gave me the exact end result I wanted by the time we landed in Italy.
