a very much needed spring clean up 🧹

my beautiful bestie was super ultra patient and waited for me to come back from maternity leave to hit me with a curveball that is chopping off all her hair and opting for more of a lived-in dimensional look

we cut about 3 inches for a much needed cut and painted her with blonde voyage powder lightener with 20 vol mixed at a 1:1.5 ratio for a more controlled but powerful lift

after processing for 35 mins we then glossed her with my fave color calypso demi permanent gloss with the following formula:

10BG with a splash of 7Ch + gloss activator
3.5 oz. 10.13 + 0.5 oz. 7.9 + 4 oz demi permanent gloss activator

is it spring yet?

throwing it back to last april right after i came back from an amazing class at academy in NYC

i applied what i learned and did some open air painting with Blonde Voyage Clay Lightener with 20 VOL and also some foils for an extra pop of blonde

i toned her with Color Calypso Demi-Permanent Gloss and the formula goes:
9VB + 9ChB + 10BG with the Gloss Activator for 20 mins

so excited to announce that i’ll be returning to the salon starting January 28th! i’m starting off slow to get myself used to being away from babygirl but these are my hours for now:

wednesday 9-3
thursday 10-7
2 saturdays 9-4 a month starting in February

and since i’ve been on a social media hiatus i figured i would reintroduce myself with some random facts

- my name is natalie and i’m 31 years old
- i’m a mom to a beautiful stunning gorgeous baby girl
and a handsome young man named Hercules 🐾
- i am a born and raised Masshole and being from MA is my entire personality
- i am left handed and cut with righty shears for years before i found out there was such thing as lefty shears
my favorite colors are green, pink and black
- i think shrek 2 is better than shrek 1
- i am a december sagittarius ♐️
- i have to eat my skittles based on color and i eat my least favorite ones first and save my favorite ones last
- HUGE dr. pepper fan
- i HATED the nickname nat until i was in college and now everyone calls me nat
- i was 6 months pregnant when i took this photo
