Taught a private braiding lesson tonight. This sweet husband came with his wife to learn how to French braid her hair for her birthday. He already knew a 3 strand braid, so we focused on a traditional French braid, an fishtail braid, and different ways to style them.

There was some major hair going on today! As usual, killed it on the makeup, while I curled all the hairs for this lovely bridal party.

It’s Halloween which means my life currently consists of fun hairstyles for school. G has been asking for Ghost Buns since last year, and today we finally made it happen.

Last week I went to see at and this week went! I know we’ve all heard beauty school horror stories, but this was a great hair cut, and the instructors are there for guidance along the way. Brittany did an excellent job!

Crazy few days! The family went to Fall Creek Falls for a mini Spring Break trip, and then we got up at the crack of dawn so I could be back in time to help some super sweet ladies get ready to attend a wedding. I even got to hold a squishy new baby!

A rare weekend with nothing going on, so my mini me and I did some much needed studio maintenance and I repotted this Neon Philodendron I got from yesterday. He was on the clearance shelf and I knew he immediately needed to come home with me. I even found the perfect pot for him in the kiddos play area.

Helped some lovely ladies get ready for their first cotillion. It was definitely a balance what they were comfortable with and what the event required. I think we found a happy medium!

Long time no see! I accepted a new position in November and I haven’t been doing much with this account, but Claudette and I thought a busy weekend of hair and makeup deserved a new ‘do.
