We will be hosting a Lululemon Trunk show during this months First Friday Downtown Columbia!🎉 We will be hanging out at Mid-South 5 fit from 4pm-7pm this Friday December 7th. Come get to know this awesome brand and have the chance to win a gift giveaway (prize suited for men and women)! To enter just stop by the studio during the trunk show and enter your name. Here’s a 4 week workout challenge everyone!🏃🏽‍♀️💦
-count every mile you bike, hike, swim, row, or do on the elliptical. -if you go to a workout class count 1 mile for each 10 minutes you workout. (45min of Zumba = 4 Miles) NO HALF MILES COUNTED, ikr😅😳
-post your final results and use . Don’t let the cold slow you down! The warm weather may be slacking but we gotta keep it 100😎😏🔥 ready.... set... BURN! Be sure to tag a friend ✌
