Hershey is a certified dual licensed Cosmetologist & Master Barber with a combined 35 years of experience. A national stylist, being licensed and having worked in 8 states, is qualified as a multi-cultural Barber/Stylist. She's constantly studying to improve her craft and loves to perform straight razor, steamed towel shaves, using some of the finest hand- crafted shave soaps, after shaves and beard/skin products.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our participants and recipients in our first Christmas bike giveaway! We took delight in seeing numerous smiles put on many children's faces. A special thank you goes out to the non profit organization who partnered with us in this great endeavor. We also want to thank our very own customers who voluntarily funded, physically purchased and brought more bikes for families in need!! We gave away a total of 12 bikes!!
We are so grateful to have people in our community who care for others! We will now make this an annual event for a greater cause to help more families in the future! Thanks for supporting Cuts n Blessings and our community!!

This holiday season we would like to bless a kid with a bike for Christmas. We have decided to do a daily raffle for any customer or non customer who wants to stop by and sign your name to register for a chance to win a bike. We currently only have boy bikes. Ages 4-6 wheel size 16" and ages 6-8 wheel size 20".

We will give away a total of 6 bikes. 2 will be given out the first day, Tue Dec 18th and one each day until Saturday. Dec 23.

Stop by and register for a chance at a blessing that will put a smile on a child's face!

Began styling hair at age 15. She completed cosmetology school and obtained her Cosmetology License in 2007. With several years of experience, Rebecca previously owned her own salon suite, Regal Transformation Salon. She is skilled in all types of hair textures, with a specialty and expertise in braids and natural hair care. She is confident in her craft and does not shy away from a challenge.

Rebecca promotes a love for God and people. She loves to laugh, keep smiles on faces and never ceases to learn.
