I have some new tools of the trade I've been working into my practice. All of these offerings are included at no extra charge and are seamlessly incorporated to my current massage.

SYNGERY STONES 🌀 hot kiln-fired stones thoughtfully designed to work knots and work with the body. These are kept in my hot towel warmer and used warm. They feel incredible!!! These are not your typical hot stones.

SILICONE MASSAGE CUPS ☕️ a great approach to adhesions and/or stiffness in the muscle tissue. These cups pull apart and decompress layers of muscle/fascia/connective tissue vs. compression, which you experience with typical Swedish massage.

HOT TOWEL SERVICE ♨️ this is just luxurious. But there are numerous applications, from cold feet and hands to hot essential-oil towels for congestion while laying face down. You'll notice several upgrades during your session.

This work came through from my conscious creative connection invocation, which I developed in class. A creative revolution followed, and I learned how my creative process and different aspects of my life are woven together 🪡✨

If I don't see you in the next 2 weeks, I hope to see you in 2024 ✨

Every year I reflect on how our hearts have been tested, and where I am creating in my community. I ask myself what is going on in this world and it's heartbreak, and and how am I doing my part?

Sometimes I feel like I'm not doing enough and taking enough action, that my daily life demands take away from what I could be offering the world. Can I really make a big enough impact?

The answer today is two parts, I am endlessly co-creating a reality with my two kids, my greatest creations. Secondly and in support of each other, I am creating small waves that grow stronger in force every year with my work.

Both of these creative processes come direct from my heart and cause ripples out into the world with everyone my children interact with today and every day, and everywhere my work reaches.

It's what it is all for.
