With the temperatures dropping and the wind whipping through my clothes… it’s time for daily hydration to keep my legs and arms from looking like I got caught in a fight with a mountain lion.
Did you know that applying lotion right out of the shower is best… and if you leave a little moisture on your skin instead of completely drying off it helps your lotion spread better and sink in for ultimate hydration?

Had an amazing time at Perfectly Posh ‘s Moxie UnCon, especially get to test out the a bunch of the new products, spend time with some amazing folks, and explore Louisville a little bit.
