Happy Wednesday! I have some updates for everyone. I have opened my calendar for September and I decided to make my life a little easier moving to an online appointment book starting September. This will send you confirmation via text with your appointment once added to the book, will also send a reminder at 72 hours and again 24 hours before your appointment. I do understand things happen but I have been getting a lot of last min cancellations and I’m hoping this will help minimalize that. Also starting September. If you have a service that is an hour or longer and you cancel less than 24 hours you maybe subject to a $40 cancellation fee in which you can pay online and will receive an invoice for before being allowed to book again. Especially with having Emory now I have to be able to continue to provide for my family, if I don’t work I don’t get paid, I also have to schedule and pay for daycare in which still has to be paid if you don’t show up for your appointment. I really hope everyone understand that, I believe $40 is fair. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to me on here or via phone 240-840-1400. It’s good to get it clean and remove dead skin before and after summer. Most of us have blackheads on our backs without knowing it. Plus who doesn’t love a good back massage with it!
