What's one thing your body has been asking for lately that you've been ignoring? š
Today I have a ton of things to get done, and honestly, I'm feeling resistance and a lack of motivation to do some of them.
My first thought was to push through it.
But then I realized a few things...
It's a full moon weekend. I'm in the middle of a parasite cleanse. And when I pulse up on the cleanse, I'm already asking a lot from my body. Plus it's been a long week with little sleep.
My energy isn't just sitting there waiting to be used. My body is working hard behind the scenesādetoxing, healing, and doing what it needs to do.
So instead of forcing myself to be productive, I paused and asked:
"What would be supportive right now?"
I went outside. I laid in the sun. Got some fresh air.
But I still felt drained and foggy.
Then I thought, what if my body needs movement instead of more pressure?
So I stretched. I foam rolled. I slowed down. I breathed into my body.
And little by little, my energy started to return. My mind became clearer.
What I needed wasn't more discipline.
What I needed was more support.
If I had kept forcing it, I probably would have burned myself out for the rest of the day and then beat myself up for not accomplishing everything on my list.
Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is listen.
Your body is constantly communicating with youā£ļø
The question is: Are you listening, or are you trying to push through what it's asking for?
Today, I'm choosing to listen.š„°š

Your nervous system was never meant to run on stress 24/7.
Sometimes healing isnāt about doing more⦠itās about returning to the simple things our bodies respond to naturally.
A walk outside.
A deep breath.
A good laugh.
A moment of gratitude... and Remember to also thank YOU and YOUR body for all it does for youā£ļø
šYou body isn't broken, it's simply asking for help. š
Small daily habits can make a huge difference in how we feel mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Which one helps you feel most grounded lately??

Today is about remembrance, gratitude, and honoring the brave men and women who sacrificed so much for our freedom. šŗšø
And it made me think about something powerfulā¦
Gratitude changes us.
When we slow down long enough to truly focus on what weāre thankful for, our minds and bodies respond differently. It shifts our perspective, softens stress, and reminds us that even in difficult seasons, there is still good around us.
You canāt fully sit in deep gratitude and fear at the exact same moment.
Gratitude creates space for peace.
Today, Iām grateful for the freedoms we often take for granted.
Grateful for the men and women who served and sacrificed for this country.
Grateful for the families who carried that sacrifice too.
And grateful for another day to live, breathe, connect, and experience life.
Sometimes healing doesnāt begin with doing more.
Sometimes it begins with pausing long enough to appreciate whatās already here.
Today, remember to honor.
Remember to reflect.
And remember to say thank youā£ļøš¤

Deep breaths are one of the most underrated healing tools.
If you've been stuck in survival mode for awhile then most likely you have reprogrammed more shallow breathing.
A full belly breath and slow exhale can help calm your nervous system, support your organs, improve oxygen flow, and signal safety to your body.
And the best part? Itās completely free.
Sometimes the most powerful things arenāt complicated ā theyāre the simple things we forget to do consistently. š

Iām so proud of my client that I have to share this story. šš„°
Several months ago, she came to me feeling completely overwhelmed by stress. She was anxious, emotionally eating, constantly overthinking, and felt like her nervous system never truly shut off.
What made it even harder was that she had already done a lot of inner work on herself. She was self-aware. She understood her patterns. She knew what was happening emotionally⦠but still felt stuck in the cycle.
And honestly, that frustrated her even more.
The stress wasnāt just affecting one area of her life either. It was impacting her energy, mood, cravings, focus, relationships, and ability to actually feel present and at peace. She felt emotionally exhausted trying to manage it all while still functioning through daily life.
Part of her was hopeful things could change⦠but another part of her truly feared this was just how life was always going to feel.
After just a couple of sessions of working together, something shifted...
She started feeling lighter. Calmer. More emotionally regulated. The emotional eating started becoming less and less of a coping mechanism because she no longer felt trapped in survival mode all the time.
And honestly⦠I could feel the difference too.
Sheās also my hair client, and before we started working together, I could physically feel how stressed and anxious her energy was whenever she came in. Even after she left, Iād still feel that heavy, overwhelmed energy lingering.
But after just a couple sessions, I noticed such a dramatic shiftā£ļø
Life around her was still busy and hectic ā but she was different. Her energy felt calm, grounded, peaceful. It no longer felt like anxiety was radiating off of her.
It was wild to witness!
One message she sent me said:
āI wanted to write a big thank you for your customized coaching and hypnosis plan to help me deal with anxiety and emotional eating. You have brought me a calm I did not know was possible. My work with you has brought peace to my life and taught me how to manage my stressors.ā
Another update from her completely blew me away:
⢠Went for a walk with no cravings for sweets
⢠Woke up at 6am feeling energized
⢠Productive without caffeine
⢠Felt less stressed even during stressful situations
⢠No cravings for sweets at all ā not even her usual ICE drink
She attributes this shift to finally addressing the deeper nervous system patterns, emotional stress responses, and subconscious beliefs that were keeping her stuck in survival mode ā instead of just trying to āthinkā her way out of it.
And now, her life feels completely different.
Sheās handling stress in a healthier way, feeling more emotionally in control, no longer relying on food for comfort the way she once did, and finally experiencing moments of peace without constantly feeling on edge.
This is why I do this workš„°š„°
Because sometimes people donāt need more willpower. They need support getting their mind and body to finally feel safe enough to let go of the patterns theyāve been carrying for years. āØ

The moment I realized something had to changeā¦
Even though I now help women navigate burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, and nervous system regulation (better known as tired but wired and can't relax), I know what itās like to struggle deeply with those things myself.
Because years ago, that struggle consumed my life.
I know what itās like to wake up exhausted before the day even started.
To dread the everyday parts of life. Unable to relax and watch a show with loved ones, but yet no energy to be productive.
To feel like youāre just pushing through until the weekend⦠only to spend the weekend trying to recover enough to do it all over again.
And I know what itās like to lay down at night overthinking everythingā¦
Not sleeping. In pain mentally and physically.
Scared about the future.
Scared because your body feels like itās falling apart.
Wondering if this long list of symptoms, anxiety, exhaustion, and overwhelm is just my ānew normal.ā And thinking my career as a Hairstylist was going to come to an end because of all of it.
I got so used to surviving that I completely lost myself in the process.
I forgot who me even was.
And honestly, that was one of the hardest parts.
But I also know what it feels like to slowly come back to yourself.
To feel calmer.
More regulated.
To wake up without constant dread and worries.
To finally feel like your body is healing instead of getting worse.
The best part is that Iāve created more balance in my life than I ever thought was possible.
Not a perfect lifeā¦
But one where I actually feel present and joy in it again. Able to handle what life throws at me instead of falling apart.
And I want this kind of healing for other women too.
Thatās why I do the work that I do.š„°
Even though thereās a part of me that feels vulnerable sharing so much during this challenge, my deeper truth is that I care way too much about helping women break free from survival mode to stay quiet about it.
So if you (or someone you know) is struggling with burnout, anxiety, exhaustion, overwhelm, or feeling disconnected from yourselfā¦
I have 5 free spots open for a Burnout Breakthrough Coaching Session this week to help you start feeling more balanced, supported, empowered and like YOU again.

The truth Iāve been holding backā¦
For years, I lived in survival mode.
Running on stress.
Pushing through exhaustion.
Not sleeping enough.
Not nourishing my body the way it needed.
Ignoring my own needs while trying to keep up with life and be everything for everyone else.
And eventually⦠my body forced me to slow down.
The years of chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, and constantly pushing through caught up to me in a BIG way.
I solved my "Anxiety problem" but then my physical health completely tanked.
I ended up dealing with horrible brain fog, exhaustion, physical pain, nervous system dysregulation, and a growing list of symptoms, diagnoses, and even surgery that left me barely functioning some days.
And honestly⦠there was a point where I barely recognized myself anymore.
Thatās a huge part of why Iāve become so passionate about healing, nervous system regulation, burnout recovery, and helping women reconnect back to themselves.
Because I know what it feels like to look okay on the outside while silently struggling just to get through the day.
Over the last few years, Iāve been prioritizing taking my health back ā not just so I can feel better for myself, but so I can be the best version of myself for the people I help and coach too.
And even though Iāve come SO far in my healing journey⦠I still realize there are times Iāve played small and held back parts of my story.
Partly because healing is deeply personal and takes time.
Partly because vulnerability can feel scary.
And partly because social media isnt my thing and feels like a waste of my precious time and energy.
But that changes this week.
I joined a 5-Day Challenge to help me become more visible and share more of my story ā because I know there are so many women silently struggling with anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, stress, and nervous system dysregulation who need support that actually gets to the ROOT of things.
Iāll share more of my story tomorrow š„°
But for today⦠if this resonates with you at all, or if youād like to see me continue making a bigger positive impact helping women healā¦
Drop me a ā¤ļø or say hi below. Iād truly love to connect with you.

Since itās Stress Awareness Month, I want to be honest about something Iāve personally been navigating ā¦
Lately Iāve been feeling my energy dip and I realized something important.
When we keep forcing ourselves to push through, especially when weāre already depleted, it doesnāt make us productiveā¦it burns us out.
I used to guilt-trip myself for not āshowing upā enough, especially on social media (I find it draining). But the truth is, itās not laziness to pull back. Itās being smart with the energy you do have.š
Right now, Iām choosing to focus on things that SUPPORT my energy and well-being instead of draining it. Less forcing, more nourishing. Less pressure, more intention.
Because I canāt be good for anyone ā my family, my clients, or my community... if Iāve completely depleted myself trying to do things that donāt feel aligned.
If youāve been tired, overwhelmed, or stretched thin⦠maybe itās not about doing more. Maybe itās about doing what actually supports you. š¤
