You know we are taught a lot about giving the guests who come to see us, the grace to have human experiences and moments, but I find often times the thought of affording ourselves that same thing is so much harder.

Giving yourself grace to be living that same human experience, and asking for a little bit does NOT make you less professional in my eyes. In fact I think that for so long this industry has been obsessed with being professional (because we were trying to build credibility for what we do) that we have in so many ways de-humanized our service providers.

When you sit in my chair, you are always aloud to be having the human experience, never any judgment just love and acceptance. I just ask for the same in return. ❤️

I just love how this color on came out! At first I wasn’t even going to take pictures because it was dark and I just didn’t think I could capture it. But Carmen encouraged me to anyways and I’m so glad she did!! While the pictures don’t do it justice it’s still beautiful and I’m still obsessed!
