If you are a NEW client and wish to book a color or texturizing service, please note we require a credit card number to reserve this time for you. We require 24 hours cancellation notice. In the event this is not given a fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged to the card.
“NO SHOWS” on the day of the appointment will be charged 100% of their scheduled service. Thank you for understanding that our stylists set aside valuable time for each appointment and when you forget or cancel without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to working with you.
