One of our partner gyms in the Frederick, PFP (Player’s Fitness and Performance) is offering a New STRONG MOMS Fitness Program.
The STRONG MOMS program was created for women who:
Are tired, busy, and likely stressed from all of life’s demands
Are perhaps overweight, feeling “blah” and out of shape, and really want to regain confidence in the way they look and feel
Are aware that muscle and bone density declines after 35 and want to be proactive in caring for their body
Are craving community with other moms who have similar demands and goals in life
Enrollment just opened and runs through Mother’s Day. There are 12 spots available.
The program includes:
4 full weeks of up to 4 small group personal training sessions each week
A 1 on 1 Success Session to establish goals and habits and get comfortable and confident
Nutrition guidance and resources for busy moms
Total investment: $300
The good thing about PFP is that they have early morning, mid morning, early afternoon, and evening sessions available to match busy schedules.
