I got into massage therapy because I was in pain.
In 2007, I twisted my ankle badly. A doctor prescribed pain medicine, muscle relaxants, and physical therapy. While my ankle improved, it still hurt years later, and doctors couldn’t pinpoint the problem.
By 2011, the pain had become so distracting that I knew I had to take matters into my own hands.
I spent weeks studying anatomy, watching videos, reading books, stretching, and experimenting with every technique I could find.

OUR STYLE
Not Your Traditional Massage | Not Your Traditional Results
Each massage is a unique event, and we enjoy working with our clients to custom-tailor each session to their particular needs. That said, we have a unique way of working, that differs from traditional spa and wellness style massage you may be used to.
• We prefer to work on dry skin, rather than using oils or lotions.
• We’re comfortable working over light, loose fitting clothing, and rarely need you to get undressed under a drape.
• We focus on your problems areas, and avoid applying techniques in ways that feel rushed or forced. As a result, we rarely have time to complete a traditional “full-body” massage.
We believe that this provides results that last longer between sessions, allowing for faster progress towards your goals.
