I'm finally blonde again! Thanks Theresa!

Good morning! I just wanted to post quick about my recent experience with Theresa Frisch at the Style Station. This past Sunday I had an appointment, and like many of us, my Corona hair was a hot mess!
I texted her to let I know I was there, and immediately got my invitation text to come in. Set-up on the table outside by the door, was a table with disposable masks and hand sanitizer. After thoroughly cleaning my hands, with mask doned, I had my temperature checked, with a touchless thermometer, and asked a few quick questions.
I passed the screening and was escorted to my chair. Inside was so clean, and everyone was definitely practicing social distancing. I remained in the same chair, as did everyone else, until I got escorted to get my hair washed. After I went back to the station and waited for Theresa to come back, she diligently disinfected and cleaned the washing station.
This experience was amazing. For anyone who may have had reservations about going in, I felt safer and in a cleaner environment, than when going to the grocery store.
I am so blessed to live in a community where small businesses are able to make you feel safe, and provide phenomenal services!

I had an appointment this afternoon at 6 pm. I arrived earlier than I thought, around 525 pm and told the staff I had a 6 pm appointment but wouldn't mind waiting. They asked who I was and said that's fine so I sat in the lobby until 6 pm. Right around 6 another lady walked in. Once the stylist who was supposed to cut my hair was finished with his client, he came up, looked at me, and said he could not cut my hair because this lady who just walked in was in the books, and they put my appointment in incorrectly. . . You could not have told me this over the phone or when I walked in? Thanks for wasting my time. It's too late to go anywhere else. How embarrassing, and how rude. This situation was handled very poorly. Bad customer service, and way to embarrass me and show bias toward the girl who just walked in over the one sitting there for almost an hour.

Michelle was recommended to me by a friend and I'll definitely be going back! Love the cut and the blow out! Thanks, Michelle! 😀😀😀
