Exfoliate — focus on dry areas: elbows, knees, ankles
Shave or wax at least 24 hours before.
Skip lotions, deodorant, and makeup — bare skin only night before and day of!

💨 DURING

Wear loose, dark clothing and flip-flops
Ask about barrier cream for hands, feet, and nails
Follow the stylist's pose guide — don't rush the process

Wait at least 8–10 hours before your first rinse
