A quick note about booking with me 💛

I know a lot of businesses use full online scheduling these days, but I’ve chosen to keep things a little more old school.

Right now, I only accept bookings in person or over the phone.

There are two reasons for that:

First, flexibility. One of the things I value most in running my practice is not being locked into a rigid schedule. Online booking can make that happen quickly, and keeping appointments personal allows me to stay flexible and available in a way that works best for both me and my clients.

Second, safety. When I work with new clients, I prefer to speak with people first and screen phone calls before booking. That extra step helps create a safer and more comfortable experience.

Once you become an established client, I’ll provide access to my online booking link and options for things like purchasing gift cards.

And yes—we’re still pretty old school around here 😊
I still use paper intake forms and maintain records for the required retention period. Digital options exist, but they’re intentionally very limited.

😇 My grandmother had been practicing for over 35 years before she passed. I kept all her books and newspapers articles- was featured in The Shepherdstown Newspaper, WV., The Evening Journal Martinsburg, WV., The Spirit of Jefferson Farmer's Advocate and she also wrote complimentary Healthcare Questions and Answers in the Shepherdstown Observer. Chrissy and I actually went to medical massage school together nearly 20 years ago, and we’ve been working in this field ever since. She has been part of Yellow Bike Massage for the last 6–7 years, and not only is she an incredible therapist, but she’s also someone I personally go to for massage myself.

Her positive energy, professionalism, and caring nature show up in every session and every conversation. We communicate the same way we work — with kindness, support, and intention.
