We’re so excited to welcome Lillie .hair.co back to the salon—both for clients who already know and love her, and for those who are about to. With 8 years behind the chair, a passion for blonding, seamless blended color, dimensional looks, and healthy hair, Lillie’s all about making sure her clients feel confident and taken care of every step of the way.

Bonus points if you love a dog mom, plant mom, and someone who’s happiest soaking up the sun—by the pool or out in the mountains. 💛

Meet Elizabeth, the newest artist joining our Fringe family at the end of this month ✨

Bringing that effortless cool-girl edge, Elizabeth has been in the hair industry since 2016 and specializes in all things color — especially blonding (her forever obsession).

Raised in Jacksonville, North Carolina, she brings a warm, grounded energy to every guest in her chair. And fun fact: if she wasn’t creating magic behind the chair, she’d probably be on stage singing.

A Leo through and through, she even has a Barbie-coded tattoo on the bottom of her foot — tell us that’s not iconic.

Elizabeth has been proudly independent since 2021, and we are so excited to be part of the next chapter in her journey.

With 13 years behind the chair and advanced training in classic and lived-in color techniques, Allie brings both expertise and intention to every appointment. A longtime Schwarzkopf artist with roots in American Board Color education, she’s committed to creating effortless, elevated results—with a thoughtful approach to using less toxic products wherever possible.

Her calm confidence and creative clarity are a perfect fit for our space—and we’re so excited to welcome her into the mix.
