Have you ever thought I want gray coverage but you want a softer approach than the usual opaque coverage that leaves your color growing out feeling stripey.
Maybe you don't mind your gray but you also aren't ready to be all grey and want to add some depth or highlights to brighten up your color.
There's a "grey" space between going natural and complete color and I'd love to explore it with you.
Hillary and I do a more translucent coverage which allows her color to grow in a little softer and has a much more dimensional look. We occasionally do some highlights for a little pop.

Cutie patootie alert 🚨
and I did a major chop cutting off about 5 inches off her stunning red hair.
Her hairs a bit on the fine side and we love a lot of texture and movement so we did a razor cut to help alleviate bulk, and help give it a lot of texture and get that "naturally messy" look with a little product.

Lauren already had the hair, with a previous balayage. We just needed a little refresher.
We decided to try something a little different for spring with a mini highlight to touch up around her hairline and add some fresh dimension through her gorgeous long hair.

Balayage and haircut After and before on Deana a little extra dimension for spring ✨
I hate blowdrying my hair but I love a bouncy blowdry. Something I really lean into is using my detachable brushes to really reduce the amount of work I have to do.
By starting when my hair is 90% of the way dry I can start at the top and get the top and sides out of the way and just let them set and then use my XXL round brush to smooth out the back. It reduces the amount of work I have to do, gives me extra "oompf."
You spend all shift taking care of everyone else, when was the last time you took a day to take care of you?
I had the best time chatting with April at her appointment and I'm so glad we both had the time to turn her consultation into an appointment.
She's a Nurse and something she said that stuck with me is the time she spends taking care of others because she is a beautifully giving person.
Even the most giving people need to pour back into their own cups sometimes. Be it getting your hair or nails done, building yourself a space all your own to escape at home, weekly trips to the book store. To all my Nurse friends I see how hard you work and how much you give, make sure you remember you deserve to take care of you too. ❤️

Grey coverage doesn't always mean a harsh root regrowth and 4 week touch up.
Courtney is an absolute gem and one of my favorite people to see. We alternate her appointments every 4 weeks between a haircut and either a full or partial highlight to blend, rather than fully cover her greys. Recently opting for more of a champagne blonde with a shadow root has gone a long way into blending her regrowth just a bit further. Allowing her blonde to feel fresh just a little bit longer.
