🚨 Most athletes train speed but completely ignore the skill that creates it.

If your footwork isn't efficient, you're leaving speed, agility, reaction time, and game changing athleticism on the table.

These are 5 footwork drills we use to help athletes move quicker, change direction faster, and become more explosive on the field or court.

✅ 3 sets x 10 seconds each drill
⏱️ 20 seconds rest between sets

The athletes who move the best usually perform the best.

🚨 Most athletes train their muscles. Elite athletes train their nervous system.

If your athlete struggles to react quickly, change direction efficiently, or make plays at game speed, their speed may not be the problem.

The Central Nervous System (CNS) controls how quickly the brain processes information and sends signals to the body. That's why we incorporate reaction training, visual stimuli, and decision-making drills into our program.

Most athletes are stretching at the wrong time.

🏃‍♂️ Before training:
✅ Dynamic Stretching

Dynamic stretches help increase blood flow, improve mobility, and prepare your body for explosive movements like sprinting, jumping, and lifting.

🧘‍♂️ After training:
✅ Static Stretching

Static stretches help improve flexibility, reduce muscle tightness, and promote recovery after your workout is complete.

A simple rule:

Before activity = MOVE
After activity = HOLD
