The health and well being of our employees, guests, family and friends has always been, and will continue to be, of the utmost importance to your friends here at Salon Jolie!

It is with this in mind, and due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in our area, that Salon Jolie is asking that our employees as well as our guests, regardless of vaccination history, please wear a face mask to their appointment. We are happy to supply you with a disposable mask if you need one.

We are also asking that each guest continue to come unaccompanied to their appointment.

Attention Friends!

Anybody who had a pre-booked appointment during our seven week mandated closing (March 23, 2020 - May 14, 2020) due to the Covid-19 pandemic please shout out in the comments below or call the salon at 540-479-3498 so we can make sure that you are all on our list of people to contact to reschedule missed appointments.

It will take our team some time for each of you to be contacted. We will do our absolute best to reach out to each of you just as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate your patience during this process.

Hello friends!

As part of our phase 1 reopening on May 15, 2020 Salon Jolie will have some new guidelines Put in place to keep both our guests and our staff safe upon reopening.

✨ A face covering is mandatory for both staff and guests. We have masks available for purchase for $2.

✨Please come alone to your appointment as no one without a scheduled appointment is permitted inside the building at this time.

✨ Please promptly sanitize or wash your hands upon entering the building.

✨ We will not have a waiting area as this is prohibited under the phase 1 reopening regulations. Color guests: you may be asked to wait outside in a specific and appropriately spaced seating area we have created or in your car during processing times.

✨ We are temporarily suspending coffee/tea/snack services- grab your Starbucks before you come, friends! We will have bottled water available upon request.

We thank you in advance for your compliance with these new guidelines. We are thrilled to be able to re-open and we look forward to seeing you all again very soon.

Hello friends!

Salon Jolie has a tentative re-opening date of May 15, 2020. The Governor announced today that he will give us confirmation of this reopening date by Wednesday.

Our staff is eager to help get your appointments rescheduled but we are asking you to please extend us some grace during this process.

We have attached a copy of the guidelines that’s we have to abide by upon reopening— and as such we will not be able to schedule services in the manner that we did prior to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Please reach out to us if you’re planning on stopping by to pick up your custom mixed professional hair color retouch kit mixed specifically for you by your stylist! We are SO EXCITED to be able to offer this curbside pick up option for our current color guests! We LOVE that we are still able to take care of you even during these unprecedented times.

Hello friends!

The governor of Virginia has extended our mandated closure through May 14, 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In accordance with this mandate we are hopeful to re-open the salon on Friday, May 15, 2020. We are currently still unable to reschedule any appointments until we receive Phase 1 guidance and guidelines from the governor on what re-opening our doors to the public will look like for our industry.

We should know more clear and accurate information on what those guidelines are by next Monday. We will reach out to each of you who have had pre-booked appointments just as soon as we receive those guidelines. Please be patient with us as we have many people to contact upon receipt of those guidelines.

The safety of our guests and our staff is of the upmost importance to your team at Salon Jolie. We will practice all safety measures deemed necessary upon our reopening. We are eager to get back behind the chair And see all of your beautiful faces soon!
