How was your June? 🍄🌲🌊 Thought I’d share a few of my favorite photos from my PNW trip with my husband for our 2nd anniversary! 😽 We had so much fun and lucked out with absolutely beautiful weather. We went to Seattle first, did a food tour in Pike Place, explored the incredible Seattle Aquarium to visit the otters, and stopped by Snoqualmie Falls! We traveled down the coast and explored Cape Disappointment (I know, I laughed when I first heard the name too 😂) and saw some beautiful views and wild foxgloves. We spent a few days in a really cool boutique hotel right on the boardwalk in Astoria, where I got to see sea lions right outside our room! 🦭 I had the pleasure of taking the MesMerEyes Method class with Cari from Cari McGrath while we visited. I had so much fun spending time with her, learning color theory, and rediscovering myself as a color lash specialist. We had to sadly say goodbye to Cari and her husband, John, after a delicious sushi dinner and headed out to our next stop. We explored Haystack Rock and saw starfish the size of dinner plates! After that, we went to the Tillamook Creamery and watched them package cheese while we ate icecream and mac and cheese. On the last day, we walked through Powell’s, a used bookstore that takes up and entire city block. We hiked 3 miles in Silver Falls State Park to walk behind two giant waterfalls. To end our perfect trip, we walked through downtown Silverton, filled with cute shops and overflowing pots of petunias, and ate our best meal of the week at the Noble Fox before heading to Portland for our red eye flight home. Thank you to all of my clients who have supported me and afforded me the ability to have such a memorable vacation with Mike! 🥰
