Officially booked through August! I have a few scattered 60 minute appointments during the last few days of the month and that’s it.

I’ve been saying for a few weeks now that if you’re a regular, definitely book a few sessions out to make sure you don’t get any interruptions to your schedule.

In honor of our baby we had to put down on Sunday, I’ll be accepting donations! Bring a can of dog or cat food (to be divided and taken to local rescues) and receive $5 off your massage at PRIDE!

The limit is $5 discount per person, but if you feel called to bring in more cans, please feel more than free to do so.

I’ll be offering 20 minute sessions for $35

Some things have been rearranged on the schedule creating gaps big enough for some sessions. Here’s what I have for the last week of June and the first week of July.

Thank you all for your patience with me this week in getting back to your messages. Some of you know by now we had to put our old man of almost 16 years down on Sunday. Rocket was our ray of pure love and sunshine so it was absolutely fitting he left us on the summer solstice. Hold your fur babies extra tight while you have them🤍🤍

I had the amazing privilege of leading a full class of 30+ in some self treatment myofascial release today while Beverly played the sound bowls! We spent an hour feeling into our nervous systems and making use of myofascial balls to sink in and release restriction. I hope everyone took something away from today that can help not only connect people with their bodies, but to take an active stance against dysfunction caused by trauma.
