Good morning sunshine!!!

I wanted to take a moment to tell you more about Beauty 360.

We have already given you a little sneak peek of what we’ve been putting together: you’ve seen the venue, heard the itinerary, PLUS, each of us has put together something special for you!! (Take a look below for a little of what I have in store for my presentation!)😘

The whole idea behind this event is beauty from the inside out. We’re focusing on four different areas: your skin, your wardrobe and how your present yourself, your home and surroundings, and your energy.

After our event, you will leave with some beautiful curated gifts, information you can actually use in your everyday life, plus we’ll have wine and charcuterie while we hang out and have a really fun girls’ night.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit Purple Runway, a local nonprofit that supports survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence and helps women as they heal and rebuild.

It’s September 10th at Eden Try Winery, and we only have a few spots left. We would love to have you join us!

Dermalessence has been featured in Voyage Virginia!

When I started this journey, my goal was simple: to help people feel confident, comfortable, and like themselves again. Over the years, that dream has grown into so much more than I ever imagined.

Today, Dermalessence is not only a place where clients come to take care of their skin, but also a place where future estheticians are learning, growing, and starting their own journeys in this industry through the Dermalessence Esthetics Institute.

This article shares a little bit about my story, the heart behind Dermalessence, and why this work means so much to me.

I am so grateful for every person who has supported me along the way: my clients who trusted me with their skin, my students who trusted me with their education, and everyone who has cheered me on through the highs and lows.

One thing I tell my clients all the time:

Skin doesn’t exist in a vacuum.

Stress, hormones, inflammation….it all shows up on the skin.

Today I had my first acupuncture session as part of my own wellness journey. I’m learning firsthand what it feels like to look beyond symptoms and ask deeper questions.

While I help people care for their skin from the outside, I’m also learning how important it is to support the body from the inside.

Wellness and skin health are more connected than we often realize. P.s. Needle Head is a real thing!!! 😴

Vacation Edition!! 🌊☀️🕶️. One thing I absolutely love about this indoor pool is that I can enjoy the water without baking in the sun all day.

Don’t get me wrong, some sun exposure can be beneficial for vitamin D production. But extended sun exposure, especially during peak UV hours, can significantly increase skin damage and skin cancer risk over time.

This is the best of both worlds: swimming, relaxing, and enjoying vacation while still being mindful of my skin health.

Remember, UV rays don’t take the day off, even on vacation. Protect the skin you’re in. ☀️💙
